Vinylplus Sustainability Forum 2019: Accelerating Innovation

“accelerating innovation” is the theme of the seventh Vinylplus Sustainability Forum which will explore the main innovation drivers in support of the objectives of the PVC industry under of the circular economy. Representatives of the entire supply chain will meet in Prague, Czech Republic, on May 9th and 10th, 2019.

Organised by Vinylplus®, the voluntary commitment to the sustainable development of the European PVC industry, Forum 2019 will focus on the role that innovation can play in the sector’s ability to provide future economic, social and Environmental.

The two-day Forum 2019 is a highly anticipated event by members of Vinylplus and their stakeholders to share views on how technological innovations, supported by digitisation, are changing the PVC industry and its approach to development Sustainable.

Eminent rapporteurs from the Commission and the European Parliament, the Czech Ministry of the Environment, the United Nations, ONGs and academia will join industry and market experts to discuss the driving forces of innovation related to Sustainability and the circular economy in the plastics industry.

With presentations, roundtables and interactive debates, the comprehensive programme will cover broad-ranging topics, from ongoing progress in areas such as PVC product competitiveness, use of recycled and product design, to the way the industry Construction and construction is adapting to the digital age.
